Delivery time on the majority of items is between 5 and 10 days, unless otherwise specified. If, however, you have specific delivery needs, or require a product urgently, please call us on 0560 205 8872 to discuss your requirements. We will do our best to help you. Your purchase will be dispatched via a parcel carrier, thoroughly packaged to ensure that it travels well!
Please Note - Parcel carriers such as City Link and Nightfreight can only deliver to your door, they can not come into your home. Delivery drivers may require assistance with heavy or awkward items - please call us if you have any questions.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm on a day pre-arranged to suit your requirements. We can now also offer AM only or Saturday AM deliveries for an additional £15.
Delivery costs cover addresses within England, Wales and Central Scotland. For delivery further afield, including Islands & Northern Ireland please contact us on 0560 205 8872, for a quote.
The prices for delivery are as follows:
Futon and mattress - £30.00 (Doric or Viking £25 & Oxford £20)
Futon mattress only - £20.00
Futon base only - £20.00
Loose cover only - £9.00 no charge if delivered with a futon order.
Saturday & AM deliveries plus £15.00
Self Assembley all our products require simple self-assembley. You will not need specialist tools, or a degree in engineering, but we suggest that you take your time and allow 1 to 1.5 hours for hardwood products including the Norman and Celtic, 1 hour for metal products including the Inca and 15 to 20 mins for pine products inluding the Doric or Viking.
